Arrive Christmas Eve in the afternoon and have a wander round the village before dinner and hopefully a visit to Newtonmore from Santa and his Reindeer.

Christmas Day: after a leisurely breakfast take a walk round the Wildcat Trail to work up an appetite for Christmas Dinner - Vegetable Broth, home made Chestnut & Mushroom Pie with all the festive trimmings followed by Geoff's home-made Figgy Pudding. (Turkey can be provided if preferred.)

Boxing Day: Spend a relaxing day exploring the area/do something more energetic like hill-walking or ski-ing/book one of our sightseeing trips - all ending with a delicious 3 course home-cooked meal.

TWIXTMAS: 2 nights Dinner, Bed & Breakfast 28th & 29th December £80 per person based on 2 sharing (B&B only - £60 per person for 2 nights)

Get away from it all for a couple of days relaxation between all the festivities - sightseeing, exploring, walking, ski-ing or just relaxing. Come back to our luxurious rooms and a 3 course home-cooked meal in the evening.

Newtonmore is the ideal spot to be based for hill-walking, ski-ing, sightseeing, mountain biking, running or multi-activity holidays. We can also provide transport for up to 6 passengers which is ideal for walkers wanting to start and finish in different places. Let us know your interests or requirements and we can suggest a tailormade holiday to suit your needs. We can also arrange airport pick-ups if required.

MEALS - Most of our cooking is vegetarian and a typical 3 course meal would consist of something like cream of mushroom soup, vegetable stew & dumplings with garlicky mash, followed by apple crumble and custard (all home-made). We are happy to serve fish as well and can cater for carnivores on request.
